Psalm 16:8
I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.

Do you feel a little shook up over everything going on around you? Are you not sure which way to turn for answers or relief? Determine today to keep your eyes on God and to remember that He is always by your side and He not only has the answers to what you are facing but He will bring your relief.

There are times in all of our lives when life can really shake us up a bit and it is in those moments that we tend to feel the most alone and frustrated. I know I have had many times when it seems as though I can barely begin to pick myself up from one thing and I get hit by something else. Who do you run to at that point? What is your reaction? Do you become full of despair and hopelessness or do you turn to God and hang on with all your might?

God wants to be at your “right side” and He wants to guide you through all that you face both good and bad. He loves you and He knows the plans He has for you. He knows what it will take to bring you into your full potential for Him and for the plans He has for your life. You don’t want to settle for second best because you decide to go it alone or you decide someone else has a more tempting answer. Stick with God and allow Him to show you all that He has planned for you. Trust Him to bring it all to pass. Remain faithful no matter how bad things may seem right now. He knows, He sees what you are facing and He is right by your side to guide you if you will let Him.

Don’t lose heart and don’t let this world shake you up. Hold on to the steadfast hope you have in God. Trust that He truly is there to guide you and help you through – He hasn’t missed a thing and He knows all that is to come! Trust Him to always do what is best! The best is yet to come!
