Psalm 149:4

For the LORD takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with salvation.”

 “What have you done?”

Have you ever been asked that question?  Maybe as a child, spouse or an employee you have been drilled by someone asking that question.  There’s nothing more uncomfortable I don’t think than to know you have done something wrong, let someone down or you have severely messed things up!   Have you or someone close to you ever sinned against God in such a way that you felt he would never use you again? 

Guess what!  It doesn’t work that way with Him!  You may have been fired, messed up your marriage, let you children or friends down, but God always has another plan! 

The Lord delights in YOU!  He loves you so much and wants to turn your ashes into beauty.  He still wants to grow you into the woman He created you to be!  You have unlimited potential and abilities to do what God created you to do, that hasn’t changed! 

Maybe you just think you are the wrong age for whatever it is you have had in the back of your mind that God wants you to do.  Hogwash! 

God delights in you!  He loves you and wants His best for you so humble yourself and accept His crown of salvation from whatever circumstance you feel trapped in and move on to all you can be starting today!
