Luke 1:28
….    Good morning!  You’re beautiful with God’s beauty, Beautiful inside and out! God be with you.
I recall a story a preacher once told for a Mother’s Day service we were in, he was telling a story about his daughter who was about 5.  Now, to be honest I don’t really remember why he was using this example, shame on me, BUT part of his story really stuck with me.  He was out in the back yard working moving the debris that the floods in the area had washed into their yard and she was playing on the swing set.  He was hauling things around the corner of the yard out of her sight and every time he would come back into the yard she would say, “Daddy, do you see me Daddy, do you see me?”  Of course after the 4th or 5th time he was thinking “how many times can I say, “yes, I see you.”
As a woman though, my thoughts went deeper with what she was asking…… “Do you see me?”  As women we long for someone to see us!  For that special someone to really KNOW us and see us for who we are and love us all the more for it.  God has built a very strong desire into every woman to be seen and to be worth taking the time to really know what is inside under the smile and hard working exterior or the Mom, wife or student or whatever our role in life is right here and now.  To not fear any ugly side that life has pushed down in there but to see beyond everything else to that beauty God put in there and to be loved unconditionally for it!  When God created us in His image, he didn’t just create a “feminine man” he gave us a whole other part of His image that reveals even more of who He is.  In other words, it is normal to feel those desires and we need to recognize that God has those same feelings and longings in His heart!  To be known by us and for us to pursue figuring out who He is on a deeper level!  HE SEES YOU, of course He does He made you, but He loves you where you are and wants to reveal the beauty He created within and heal the broken hearts and clean up any mess inside.  He wants to bless your day TODAY and every day after that!  I am really praying that these Bible studies will help us all see who we are in Christ so that we can be blessed in that and then when anyone else learns to “take notice” whether it is a husband, boyfriend, friend or Dad or whoever, it will just be icing on the cake!
Jeremiah 29:11  “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”
