Ladies Bible Study Tuesday, October 4th

by | Oct 4, 2011

1 Samuel 1:10       In bitterness of soul Hannah wept much and prayed to the LORD.

Let’s start this week out by making it a day to remember each other in prayer!  My focus today will be to pray for all of you.  There are so many that are really struggling financially and or have broken hearts, some have experienced great loss, some are struggling with addictions.  Whatever the need is today let’s pray that God will open the windows of Heaven today on each person reading this Bible study and those who may have missed it and that God will show that His hand is on every life and situation of all the ladies and their families who are a part of this community!

God loves you and cares about every little detail of what is going on in your life and wants to bless you.  I just want us all to pull together today to really focus on praying for God to intervene and bless each of us today.

In 1 Samuel 12:22-24 it says, “For the Lord will not forsake his people for his great name’s sake:  because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people.  Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you; but I will teach you the good and right way;  Only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart;  for consider how great things he hath done for you.”

Those verses say it all!  I really can’t say it any better than that!  Let’s plead for each other today and expect God to move those mountains today!  Let’s make a difference in each others lives today!  I am serious enough about wanting to see God move in each one of your lives this week I will even fast chocolate this week (please believe me, that is not a small thing between me and God!)

Quote:  Luke 11:9 “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you.”

I just recently came across your blog and I LOVE reading it! Asking for prayer for my husband and I as we are longing to start our own family someday soon but have yet to conceive. Also wanting it in the LORD’s timing not our own but the fear of not having our own child is still always there.
