Psalm 103: 1-5
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,
who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good, so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.

Don’t give up! Don’t lose hope for that battle you are fighting! Bless the Lord and remember all of His benefits! He is the one who forgives your sin and will heal you! He is the one who will pull you up out of that pit you are in and will satisfy you with good again so you will feel young again! I don’t know about you, but I am claiming these verses today! I need to remember all of this every day! I need to remind myself that God promises to do all of this and more in our lives so we should continuously be blessing His name and praising Him for who He is!

Satan would love to defeat you today and make you feel as though there is no hope for you and your situation, but that is a lie. God is still on His throne and He always will be so there is always hope! Unless He tells you “no” to something you are praying about, don’t give up! If He does say no, know that He has a better plan. You may not understand what it is He is doing, but you can trust Him with it! Satan would like you to get so focused on your problems that you forget the God you serve is bigger than anything you can possibly face! It is all “small stuff” to the God of all the Universe! There is nothing you can face that is too difficult for God to handle! He is capable, He loves you and He is working even if you can’t see it yet!

Be grateful today! Bless the Lord with all that is within you! Remind yourself of who He is and allow Him to renew your joy and hope in Him today! I love the song by Jeremy Camp, “Same Power” that reminds us that “the same power that rose Jesus from the grave ~ lives in us!” I cannot say enough that no matter what you are facing today, God can handle it! Give it to Him and trust Him! Know that He’s got this! Praise Him today, bless His name because He will give you victory!

Let me clarify, because I know that things like this can get twisted; I am not saying you can just “name it and claim it” here and poof there’s a Lexus in the driveway! I am saying though that we get so hung up on that kind of stuff that we don’t believe God for anything! Stop being paranoid about claiming God’s promises and believing Him for healing and goodness in your life! The Bible is very clear that “without faith, it is impossible to please God”! Hold on to your faith, hold on to your hope and His promises! Don’t allow naysayers to get in your way today! Claim those verses that God has given you and believe Him for it! Know that beyond a shadow of a doubt, God has your best interest at heart and He sees the big picture and He knows what needs to happen in order to further His kingdom! You can trust Him with it all, regardless of His answer, but don’t assume that His answer is no! Don’t go this alone! He loves you and truly the best is yet to come, but you must believe Him for it!
