2 Chronicles 15:4
But when they in their trouble did turn unto the Lord God of Israel, and sought him, he was found of them.

What’s troubling you? What is that one thing that is just forever on your mind that you can’t seem to conquer? Men seem to think that as women we tell all to our friends but a lot of times there are struggles or disappointments that we have that we tell to no one. Maybe this isn’t one of those situations for you and you have asked others to pray as well, but either way you need God to come through.

I remember in my first marriage, everyone thought we were the perfect couple and when we sought counsel one of the counselors even started picking me a part because she had no idea what we were dealing with behind the scenes and I wasn’t allowed to tell. I knew at that point that my only hope for rescue or any type of help could only come from God. I was too embarrassed to tell anyone at that point how many women this “godly” man had been with since we were married and that I was beginning to fear for my life. Things aren’t always what they appear to be and sometimes we can find ourselves backed up against the wall and we always need to remember that the only way to turn is up and that with God on our side, we are never alone!

Maybe your situation isn’t anything like mine was, and it doesn’t have to be something life threatening it could be your finances, maybe it is a friendship gone awry or a child that is giving you heartaches but whatever it is turn it over to God. Seek Him and ask for His wisdom and guidance and then allow Him to lead you through. He promises to be found and to help you through this struggle no matter what the enormity of the situation may be. Claim His promise and look for Him to show up today. I know the path through some struggles seems overwhelming but trust me it is much easier to allow God into whatever the situation is, to carry you through to the other side. The best is yet to come!
