You Are Not Alone

Deuteronomy 32:31  “For their rock is not as our Rock; our enemies are by themselves.”

God gave this song to Moses to tell to the people of Israel just before they went into the Promised Land.  The song gives them encouragement and tells what will happen when they turn their backs on God and then explains also why He wouldn’t totally destroy them for His reputation sake and the promises He had made but this verse had to be a huge encouragement to them.

What is your enemy today? Is your biggest enemy the economy and your finances or problems within your family or marriage, is it your boss?  Whatever you are facing you can know that God will have your back if you fully trust in Him.  Satan seems to like to hit with full force in every area he can all at the same time to try to get us down and hopeless but he is nothing compared to our God.  If you really think about this verse Satan was and still is behind the attacks on Israel and you and God is saying that “their rock (satan) isn’t like our rock; the enemies are by themselves.”  He is no match for the almighty God who created him.

You are not alone!  God will give you the strength you need and will provide the way!  Give God your full attention and don’t look for answers in someone or something else.  God loves you and wants what is best for you just as He did the Israelites.  We can claim the same promises they have been able to claim because we are also His chosen people when we choose to accept Him as our Savior.  Don’t choose to face your struggles alone today, lean on Him and trust Him to bring it to pass.  The best is yet to come!
