Titus 2:11-12
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age,

We so often only see God’s grace as His forgiving our sins, but we miss out on the fact that His grace is also intended to help us live godly lives! His grace and mercy don’t give us a license to sin, it gives us victory and freedom from the sin that holds us hostage! God loves you and He doesn’t want you to be enslaved to those things that are holding you back and weighing you down!

We live in a world where people seem to want everything to be gray, the world doesn’t want to be told that there are defined right and wrong things in life. The Bible is clear and it is clear for our good. Satan has always used the lie that God is trying to keep something good from you and if you believe it you will find yourself on a path you never thought you would be on! Don’t buy the lies! God has a plan for your life and in order to benefit from His best you need to follow Him! His goal is not to torment you or keep good things from you, He loves you more than anyone on this earth could dream of loving you! He created you for a purpose and that will only be found in following Him!

So, ask God for His grace today, not only for the forgiving of your sins, but for you to be able to live the godly life you are called to! Strive to be all He created you to be, knowing that, that is where you will find His best for your life! The best is yet to come!
